Years ago, while our founder was ordained as a monk, he tasted Thai desserts offered by villagers and was struck that something so good had been so close, yet unknown to him. Soon after, he began making Thai desserts

Once we entered this world, we understood: Thai desserts are rare because of the desserts' own problems. Some have such a short shelf life that they are not worth a vendor's effort; some carry an image that keeps prices too low to be worth selling; some are so slow to make that the labour never pays off

Yoksod believes that if we solve the problems one by one, the culture will live on — and if we turn rare Thai desserts into everyday ones, we will grow into a business of real value
